We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• Returned in original packaging
• All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be approved.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please use the prepaid return label included in the package to return the item to us.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or personal preference, you are responsible for arranging the return label and covering all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds
