Yes. Midavo provides free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

At this time, Midavo ships exclusively to customers within the United States.

Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If you need to request a cancellation or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@midavo.store. Requests received after an order has been processed may not be able to be accommodated.

Midavo offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the tumbler must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

No. Midavo does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns. Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will generally be processed within approximately 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, Midavo will send tracking information to the email address provided with your order. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status of your package.

Midavo currently accepts secure payments through PayPal. Payment is authorized when the order is placed. Available payment options may also be displayed during checkout.
